1. Order Cancellations
Because all our products are custom-made, order cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of order placement. Once the engraving or customization process has begun, we cannot cancel the order.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect spelling on our part), please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9152465506 within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage. Upon verification, we will happily provide a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not accept exchanges for personalized products. Please ensure that you select the correct product variants and provide accurate customization details at the time of purchase.
